HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH AND BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER

I worked for the local government in Health and Wellbeing for over 15 years. I loved my job but eventually felt unfulfilled and restricted by policy and red tape. I knew I loved working with people, and coupled with my ambition to help guide individuals to feel good about themselves, I knew I could give more. So I trained as a coach and set up my own Health and Wellbeing Coaching Practice, Body Soul and Skin, which is where you are now.

I am a mother of three beautiful, strong-willed, funny and determined girls. I am a wife, daughter, and sister and although all these things are extremely important to me, they don’t define who I am. I am me!

I have a love of travel and adventure. I love being outside snowboarding on a mountain, swimming in the sea or digging in my allotment. I met my husband whilst travelling in Israel and working on a Kibbutz.

I believe there is a fine balance to be made between working hard and playing hard. The juggle between work and life is real. Living in a busy world as parents, home-makers, team members and caregivers with an endless list of roles, we can often feel overwhelmed and struggle with confidence whilst trying to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

My goal is to coach as many people as possible to lead happier, healthier and more balanced lives. I believe taking time for yourself and the things you love, raising your energy, and being open to change will help you become the best version of yourself.

Embedding Values in Coaching: Trust, Respect, and Integrity

Values guide how we live our lives and influence our actions. My values have evolved over time, and I incorporate them into my coaching practice to ensure clients get the best from me.

Regularly checking in with your own values is important, as they act like a compass, guiding you forward, even in tough times. Getting clear on your values is the first step to purposeful progress.

Trust is the foundation of effective coaching. You need to feel safe and confident, knowing I have your back. Building mutual trust allows for meaningful and productive coaching.

Respect is crucial. It means valuing your perspective, even if I don't share it. I will accept you as you are and won’t try to change your views. Demonstrating integrity and honesty, I promise to always keep my word. Combining integrity with trust and respect ensures a strong, supportive coaching relationship.
